Children’s Program Coordinator
Julia is the Children’s Program Coordinator at CancerCare, providing individual counseling to patients, caregivers, and those who have a lost a loved one to cancer. Julia is a licensed social worker in both New York and New Jersey.
Julia shares, “From a young age, I have always been motivated to help those around me improve their physical, mental, and emotional health. Not only does this position provide me with the opportunity to be a part of an individual’s cancer journey, but it allows me to help them navigate through an extremely difficult time. I am incredibly grateful to be working as an oncology social worker at CancerCare and am continuously amazed by the strength, resilience and vulnerability I see every day.”
Fun fact: “My favorite food to eat is sushi!”
