Keri shares, “Ever since I was a child, I have felt a pull to help those affected by cancer. While I originally believed my career would be in cancer research, I quickly found my calling would be better suited helping people directly and was fortunate to find the multifaceted field of social work after starting with a community mental health agency following undergrad. Being part of the CancerCare team feels like I’ve come full circle in my career, and I am so proud to be part of this amazing organization with their long history of supporting people affected by cancer.”
Fun Fact: “I had the honor of dancing in Penn State’s Dance Marathon my senior year of college. THON is the largest student-run philanthropy in the world, which benefits the Four Diamonds Fund and their fight against pediatric cancer.”
