Charlotte shares, “Working with people affected by cancer provides so many opportunities to bear witness to people’s strength, growth, and determination to navigate systemic challenges at an individual level. While my role at CancerCare is at times focused on working with children and families, young adults, and parents, I am humbled daily at all of my clients’ ability to lean toward hope in the most painful and vulnerable situations. Being able to provide individual counseling, case management and support groups to people affected by cancer allows CancerCare to provide comprehensive support to patients and families during and after a cancer diagnosis.”
