Connecting Through Gratitude and Kindness Workshop

CancerCare is offering a free, 90-minute, in-person workshop. This workshop will be available to those age 20 and up, who are diagnosed with cancer and/or caregiving for their loved ones.

In this workshop, clients will learn to address topics revolving around the value of happiness and gratitude through creative outlets. Participants will have the opportunity to learn new meditations/coping skills and reflect on moments of gratitude and kindness, through interactive activities, despite their cancer experience.

Attendees must be vaccinated against COVID-19. Space is limited and pre-registration is required.
