Our patient support group provides a safe space to connect with other Spanish-speaking women diagnosed with cancer. This group is led by an oncology social worker who provides emotional and practical support.
Nuestro grupo de apoyo para pacientes les ofrece a sus participantes un lugar seguro para así poder conectarse con otras ujeres de habla hispana diagnosticadas con cáncer. El grupo es liderado por trabajadores sociales en oncología que ofrecen tanto apoyo emocional como práctico.

Support Group for Spanish-Speaking Women Diagnosed With Cancer
Description
CancerCare is offering a free, 12-week telephone support group for Spanish-speaking women in New York who are receiving a form of active treatment (which may consist of surgery, chemotherapy, radiation, hormonal treatments and/or advanced cancer treatment). This group will provide a safe space to exchange support and receive information and guidance while discussing the unique challenges of living with a cancer diagnosis.
